Bill Gates has been blamed in recent attacks against vaccinators in Africa for a statement he made at a TED talk in which he proposed that 'vaccines reduces the population of Africa.' Bill gates said on lowering the world population by 15%,
"Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent,"
